• Do I need Canva Pro to use the templates?

No, Canva Pro is not required.
All of our QSL card templates are fully compatible with the free version of Canva. Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a direct link to open the template in your own Canva account. From there, you can customize the text, fonts, colors, and layout without any need for paid features. We specifically design our templates to be fully functional using only Canva’s free tools so that all radio amateurs can access them easily.

• Can I reuse the template for different callsigns?

Yes, you can reuse your purchased template as many times as you need.
Each template comes with a personal-use license, allowing you to edit and download it for any number of contacts or QSL card batches. You can change your callsign, operator name, location, grid square, or even modify the layout for different operating events. However, redistribution or resale of the template, in part or whole, is strictly prohibited under our licensing terms.

• Do you offer custom QSL card design services?

Yes, we do provide custom design services.
If you’re looking for a unique QSL card that reflects your specific operating style, club identity, or a special event (e.g. DXpedition, contest station, IOTA activation), we offer fully bespoke QSL card designs tailored to your needs. Custom designs can include your callsign, station logo, photographs, color preferences, layout requests, and more.

• Can I use the templates for club QSL cards?

Yes, club and team usage is permitted within reasonable limits.
You are welcome to use our templates for amateur radio clubs, field day operations, or special event stations, provided that the design is used internally and not resold or distributed as part of a commercial offering. If multiple operators or callsigns will be sharing the same design, please let us know — in many cases, we can provide small custom modifications or offer a license extension for club usage at no extra charge.

For large-scale use, multi-operator templates, or cards intended for promotional events, we recommend our custom design service to ensure proper branding and layout consistency.
